Your RE•LIFT® journey

Guided every step of the way.

Scroll to follow the process, from your first conversation through your recovery.

  1. From home

    Your virtual consultation

A relaxed video call with your RE•LIFT® Procedure Manager, a registered nurse, from home, in 15 to 30 minutes.

    • We talk about you: what you'd like to change, what's been bothering you, and how you'd like to feel.
    • We explain your options: which RE•LIFT® approaches may fit your goals and what the process looks like.
    • You get a personalized plan, including pricing and payment options, so you can decide with clear information and no pressure.
There's no charge for the consultation and no pressure to decide.
  2. Your plan

    Your plan and your surgeon

Your plan includes your recommended option, designed around the goals you discussed, plus an alternative and an enhanced option, with pricing for each and what monthly payments could look like with financing.

    • Your plan is always subject to your surgeon's final review.
    • Your surgeon decides candidacy, after your consultation and a review of your health history.
    • Want another conversation before you decide? A complimentary follow-up consultation is available, and your surgeon is happy to be part of it.
  3. Reserve

    Reserving your date

A $1,000 scheduling payment reserves your procedure date. It's non-refundable and is credited toward your procedure total.

    • Your balance is due one month before your procedure, by your pre-op visit.
    • You choose how to pay: financing, card or wire transfer.
    • Many patients start planning a few months ahead, which makes it easier to spread things out.
    How payment works →
  4. Prepare

    Preparing for your procedure

Your Procedure Manager walks you through a simple checklist, so you feel completely prepared.

    • Lab work, ideally back by your pre-op visit.
    • Your pre-op visit, an in-office appointment about 30 days before your procedure.
    • Your preparation instructions from your surgeon, sent two weeks before your procedure.
    • Your plans for procedure day, including a driver and someone to stay with you.
Please don't make changes to any medications without speaking with your surgeon's team first.
  5. The day

    Procedure day

RE•LIFT® is performed under local anesthesia with oral sedation. Each procedure can typically be completed in one hour or less.

    • Your Procedure Manager will be there, along with your surgeon and the surgical team.
    • Your preparation instructions explain exactly how to get ready, what to wear and what to bring.
    • Afterward, your recovery instructions will be ready for you, and your Procedure Manager checks in with you that same evening.
  6. Afterward

    Recovery and follow-up

Some swelling and bruising is a normal part of healing in the first week. Recovery varies from person to person, and your surgeon will talk you through what to expect for you.

    • A check-in the evening of your procedure, a Day 1 visit, a call on Day 3 and a Day 7 visit.
    • Most cheek and jowl patients return to light social activities the next day.*
    • If you have any concern, day or night, your care team is a phone call away.
*Individual results and recovery vary. Candidacy and your treatment plan are determined by your surgeon.
  7. Beyond

    Perfect and protect

After RE•LIFT® restores the structure, ReStore perfects the surface of the skin and ReFresh continues your care at home.

Before your consultation

A little preparation goes a long way.

There are no wrong answers. This simply helps your Procedure Manager understand what matters most to you.

Find a quiet spot

A quiet, well-lit spot, facing a window if you can.

Bring a camera

Join from a phone or computer with a camera. You'll look at a few angles together.

Think about your goals

What would you change first if you could change just one thing? How do you want to feel afterward?

Invite someone

You're welcome to invite a spouse or partner to join. Many patients find that helpful.

In their own words
“They were honest about what to expect, and it all exceeded my expectations.”
