RE•LIFT® · Brows

Lift the Brow. Open the Eyes. Look Like Yourself Again.

The position of the eyebrows plays an important role in how rested, alert, and youthful the face appears. As the tissues of the forehead and brow gradually descend with age, the eyes can begin to look heavier, more hooded, tired, or even unintentionally stern.

RE•LIFT® Brow is designed to address the structural descent of the brow, helping restore a more youthful position while maintaining the natural character of your face.

Rather than attempting to create an exaggerated or surprised appearance, the objective is simple: restore the brow to a position that looks appropriate for you.

Understanding the brow

Why the Brow Changes With Age

Facial aging is not limited to changes in the skin. Over time, the supporting structures beneath the surface can gradually weaken and descend.

Around the brow, this may contribute to heaviness over the eyes, lowering of the outer brow, increased upper-eyelid hooding, and a generally tired appearance.

Many patients initially focus on the eyelids without realizing that part of what they are seeing may actually originate higher in the forehead.

That distinction matters.

Treating the eyelid alone cannot always correct a brow that has descended. A comprehensive facial evaluation allows the surgeon to determine whether the brow, eyelid, or a combination of both is contributing to the appearance.

The RE•LIFT® philosophy
The goal is not simply to tighten skin. It is to restore support.

The approach

The RE•LIFT® Approach

RE•LIFT® was developed as a minimally invasive facial rejuvenation platform focused on restoring underlying structural support.

For appropriate patients, the brow can be elevated and stabilized through techniques designed to minimize visible evidence of surgery while creating a natural-looking improvement.

The goal is not simply to tighten skin.

It is to restore support.

Because every patient's anatomy is different, your surgeon determines exactly where elevation is needed, how much correction is appropriate, and whether surrounding areas should be addressed at the same time.

What Can Brow Rejuvenation Improve?

Patients commonly consider brow rejuvenation when they notice lowered or flattened eyebrows, heaviness over the outer eyes, upper-face laxity, increased hooding around the eyelids, or a tired appearance that does not reflect how they actually feel.

Some patients describe constantly raising their forehead in an effort to open their eyes.

Others simply notice that photographs no longer resemble the more alert appearance they remember.

Natural Results Matter

A successful brow procedure should not announce that surgery was performed.

The position of the brow should remain balanced with the eyes, forehead, cheeks, and overall facial proportions.

RE•LIFT® procedures are designed around the philosophy that facial rejuvenation should restore rather than distort.

You should still look like yourself—only more refreshed.

Brow Lift vs. Botox

Neuromodulators such as Botox® can be extremely useful for reducing dynamic forehead and frown lines and may create a modest temporary change in brow position.

They do not, however, physically reposition descended facial tissues in the same manner as a surgical procedure.

For patients whose primary issue is structural brow descent, a surgeon may recommend a lifting procedure rather than relying exclusively on injectable treatment.

The two approaches may also complement one another depending on the patient's goals.

What Is Recovery Like?

RE•LIFT® procedures were designed around minimally invasive techniques and, in appropriate cases, can be performed under local anesthesia.

Recovery varies according to the areas treated and individual healing response. Temporary swelling, tenderness, or bruising can occur.

Your surgeon and RE•LIFT® care team provide individualized instructions regarding activity, skincare, and postoperative care.

Can the Brow Be Combined With Other RE•LIFT® Areas?

Yes.

Facial aging rarely occurs in only one anatomical area.

Brow rejuvenation may be combined with treatment of the eyes, cheeks, jowls, or neck to produce a more balanced result.

The appropriate combination depends entirely upon your anatomy and goals.

RE•LIFT® Brow FAQs

What patients ask first.

Will a brow lift make me look surprised?

The goal is controlled repositioning, not excessive elevation. Treatment is customized to the patient's anatomy and natural brow position.

Can RE•LIFT® improve hooded eyes?

Brow descent can contribute to upper-eye hooding. In some patients, improving brow position can make the eye area appear more open. Other patients may require treatment directed specifically at the eyelid.

How long do results last?

Surgical facial rejuvenation can provide long-lasting improvement, although the natural aging process continues.

Who determines whether I am a candidate?

Final candidacy and the appropriate treatment plan are determined by a certified RE•LIFT® surgeon following evaluation.
